Q: Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

Ans: Yes, Cash on Delivery is available on all orders within Pakistan.

Q: Do I need to pay any advance amount for my order?

Ans: Yes, a ₨1000 advance payment is required for each order via Bank Transfer, Sadapay, Easypaisa, or JazzCash. Since most of our outfits are custom-size and made on order, we require this advance to begin processing.
For products priced above ₨20,000, a 50% advance payment is required, and the delivery time is approximately 20 days.

Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Ans: Delivery usually takes 2 to 6 business days for ready items after order confirmation. Custom-made orders may take up to 20 days, depending on the design and work detail.

Q: Is delivery free?

Ans:
- Free delivery for all orders above ₨20,000.
- For orders below ₨20,000, a ₨250 delivery charge will apply.

Q: Will I receive a tracking number for my order?

Ans: Yes, you will receive a tracking number within 1–4 business days after your order has been dispatched.

Q: Will I receive a confirmation after placing my order?

Ans: Yes, a confirmation email or message will be sent once your order is placed successfully. (If you don’t receive one within 12 hours, please contact us at lishaaydesigns@gmail.com.)

Q: What if I face an issue with the product? Can I return or get a refund?

Ans: Yes, we have a simple 5-day return and refund policy. Please review our full Return & Refund Policy section for detailed terms.

Q: How can I pay for my order?

Ans: We accept the following payment methods:
- Cash on Delivery (within Pakistan)
- Bank Transfer
- Sadapay / Easypaisa / JazzCash
- Major Debit & Credit Cards

Q: How can I cancel my order?

Ans: If you wish to cancel your order, please email your order number to lishaaydesigns@gmail.com within 12 hours of placing the order. Once production has started, cancellations may not be possible.
