Lishaay Designs Return Policy (Damage Only)
At Lishaay Designs, your satisfaction is our top priority. If your order arrives damaged, we’ll make it right:
Eligibility & Timeframe
• Damaged items reported within 7 days of delivery qualify for return or exchange.
• Please inspect your package upon arrival and notify us immediately of any issues.
How to Report a Damage
Email support@lishaaydesigns.com within 7 days of delivery.
In your email, include:
– Order number
– Photos of the damaged item and packaging
– Brief description of the damage
Return & Replacement Options
• Exchange: We’ll send you a replacement in the same size/color (subject to stock).
• Refund: If a replacement isn’t available or you prefer a refund, we’ll credit your original payment method.
Shipping Costs
• We cover return shipping for confirmed damaged items—no fees to you.
• Prepaid return labels will be provided once damage is verified.
Condition for Returns
• Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging (tags attached).
• Please do not remove any tags or labels until your replacement arrives.
Exceptions
• Custom-embroidered or made-to-order pieces are non-returnable except in cases of manufacturing defect.
• Sale items marked “Final Sale” may not be eligible for return unless damaged.
