6. Return & Refund Policy (Damage Only)
   6.1 Damaged items reported within 7 days of delivery are eligible for exchange or refund.
   6.2 To initiate a return, email lishaaydesigns@gmail.com with your order number, photos of damage, and a brief description.
   6.3 For confirmed damages, we cover return shipping and provide a prepaid label.
   6.4 Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
